UPCOMING BUSINESS:

BATTLE OF THE SEXES PLAYDAY - CANCELED

NEXT PLAYDAY IS SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 6, 2010 REGISTER @1 RIDE @2. WE WILL BE COOKING DURING THE PLAYDAY SO BRING YOUR FAMILIES FIXINS. THE HAMBURGERS AND STUFF ARE FREE.

POINTS FOR YEAR END WILL BE STARTING WITH THIS MARCH PLAYDAY SO EVERYONE COME OUT AND RIDE.

PLEASE CHECK THE WORK SCHEDULE TO SEE IF YOU ARE TO BE AT THE WORKDAY WHICH WILL BE AT 9 AM SATURDAY MORNING.

THURSDAY MARCH 4TH WE WILL BE AT ARENA WELDING.THE TEAGUES ARE BRING THEIR WELDER SO IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO COME OUT AND HELP PLEASE DO SO.

NANCY AND STACY WILL BE CONDUCTING

ALL PLAYDAYS.

SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS: 1 PLAYDAY IN MARCH

& 2 PLAYDAYS IN APRIL, MAY AND 2 PLAYDAYS IN

SEPT AND OCT. AND 1 PLAYDAY IN NOV. ALL

PLAYDAYS ARE REG @1 RIDE @2.

TEAM SORTING SCHEDULE: MAR, APR, MAY, JUNE,

JULY, & AUG. ALL ARE REG @1 RIDE @2 AND THEY

ARE ON EVERY 3RD SAT OF THE MONTH. TEAM

SORTING POINTS WILL BE POSTED TO WEBSITE.

TEAM SORTING IS SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 20TH.

JR RODEO WILL BE MAY 21ST AND 22ND

BOOMTOWN RODEO WILL BE JULY 23RD AND 24TH

AS MEMBERS.

Next year Becky wants to nominate someone to get an

event ready from start to finish such as a playday,

team sorting, barrel race, roping what have ya!! This

would be your event to advertise, get timers out, get

any cattle, plow arena, open arena, close arena----

Nancy Allen & Stacy Tucker will conduct all the

Playdays this year.

WHAT A MEMBER IS: Make meetings, parades,

workdays, etc. BE A PART OF THE ASSOCIATION

Meetings 22 a year make 10

Parades? 12 a year make 5 (Ride with Club)

Workdays 4 mandatory make all

Playday Workdays 2 a year to qualify.

Be proud to be a member, help out without being asked.

Support the kids...

Projects we need to do:

Move bleachers to Pen

Put up more steel Bleachers on East side

Raise Bleachers by concession and make box seats

Please check-out the workdays you are scheduled to

work, if for some reason the schedule won't work for you

all you have to do is let Becky or Nancy know they will try to accommodate the best they can.

Finish the privacy fence around the pavilion area.

Return Alley

Put a cover on the pavillion

Build 5 more chutes on South east Corner

Updates for 2010:

To qualify for year end awards you must ride 5 playdays with 4 events

each playday.. PLUS YOU MUST WORK YOUR WORKDAYS..................

You must keep up with your HORSE BUCK CARD to recieve any horse

bucks at the banquet.......................................................................

To recieve Senior award, you have to have been with the Association

at least 2 years, and participate with the activities set forth. amount of

the Senior award depends on your participation and if you recieved a

diploma determined by the Officers and what was profited by the

Boomtown rodeo.
