The meeting was called to order by President Becky King @ 7:15 PM a
Members present included Becky King, Kevin & Stacy Tucker, Travis & Carol Ober, Susan Mitchell, Nikki Ready, Chloe Morrison, Laura Knox & Jessa, S Dalton Hannah Dalton, Garrett Hutchinson, Devonie Hutchinson, Briady Hutchinson, Kelly &Waylon Daughtery, Kellen Reyes, Avery & Abel, Cierra Kirkland, Ashley Bryan, Alexa Ready
NEW MEMBERS Ashley Bryan & Alexa Ready voted in by club.
April 24th Workday for Ladies will meet at arena at 8:00 am
Hutchinson family bought paint for the barrels to be painted.
Men will be welding on Saturday the 24th & Mondays, contact Kevin Tucker for more information.
Travis Ober made a motion for added money to go to contestants of Rodeo and club passed the motion
FFA kids to do calf scramble and $200.00 will be paid to winning team per night.
Uniform for Rodeo will be Navy Blue Long Sleeve shirts, blue jeans, white chaps with blue fringe and straw hat.
Workers will wear RRRA T-shirts, shirts can be purchases through club.
First Rodeo Parade will be Santa Rosa in Vernon. Parade on Wednesday we will meet at KOA at noon. Lineup for parade is at 3:00 p.m. Parade starts at 4:00 p.m.

9. WATER TO CALF PENS.
10. MOVE TANK OUT OF WAY
11. CHECK BLEACHERS AND REPLACE ANY BOARDS (POSSIBLY WITH C-PURLIN)
12. GATE SEPARATING CALF PENS AND RETURN ALLEY NEEDS WELDED
13. ARENA NEEDS TO SLOPED TO DRAIN AND ALL AROUND ARENA NEEDS TO BE CLEARED SO IT WILL DRAIN TO THE EAST

ALL CONTACT INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN TO ALL MEMBERS TO CONTACT ANYONE TO HELP YOU WITH ANY OF THESE PROJECTS. CALL ANYONE TO TELL THEM YOU WANT TO WORK ON A PROJECT.
NEW PLAYDAY INFORMATION
Our Playdays are changed back to the first Saturday of the month March through November.
Register for exibitions for Barrels and Poles at 12 ride at 1:00.
Register for Playday at 1:00 ride at 2:00pm
5 events for $20.00
$5.00 for Hi-Point of the day
*** If you are a member your points will count for YEAR END awards.************ AS a member you must sign up to work 2 events per PLAYDAY to qualify for YEAR END AWARDS********************

Boomtown parade will be . Lineup is at 3 pm and it starts at 4 Pm.
Queen Contest yet to be determind Costs is $5 supporting our young contestants the followed by an interview, speech, and pattern
NIGHTLY PERFORMANCES START AT 7:30 PM
We are still needing sponsors for some events!!!!
We discussed and voted on ticket prices are $10 for adults, $5 for children 3-10, & 2 & under are free
Cooler charges are $10 per cooler
Dance is $5 per person
Vendors will be charged $50 per night to have a booth
Meeting adjourned at 9:30 pm.
#1 WORKDAYS FOR NEXT YEAR TO QUALIFY TO BE A MEMBER: Each Family will be sign up by the President to take care of a section of the arena all year as a member.
All meetings will be changed to the 1st Monday of the month @ 7pm. Any other meetings will be decided by the President.
At each meeting will be a pot -luck dinner so no one has to eat late or miss a meal.
AGAIN WHEN YOU JOIN UP TO THE ASSOCIATION TO BE A MEMBER YOU ARE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES TO QUALIFY FOR ANY KIND OF BENEFITS THE CLUB HAS TO OFFER
EVERYONE WHO IS RIDING IN THE PARADES NEED TO BUY THEIR GEAR FOR THE PARADES. WE MUST BE IN COMPLETE UNIFORM WHEN REPRESENTING OUR CLUB!!
