After enjoying our scrumptious pot luck dinner, the meeting was called to order by President Becky King @ 7:20 PM.
OLD BUSINESS: Minutes read by Sabrina and accepted.
The club is considering making changes to the playday schedule, dropping them during the hot months of June, July and August. We would add those to March, April, May , on the 3rd Sat. of the month. We will survey members at the awards banquet and on facebook.
NEW BUSINESS: Line up for he Christmas Parade will be at 5 PM at the grain elevator. Parade starts promptly at 6 PM. Horses should have blue lights and white, silvery tinsel. Riders should wear RRRA uniforms with Santa hats.
Also discussed a possible float for next year's parade.
Awards Banquet is set for January 7th. Decoating committee was selected: Benny, Sabrina, Becky, Stacey, and Kevin. Committee will meet at 5 pm to decorate. Banquet will begin at 7 PM. Each family should bring 2 dishes for the potluck. We will nominate and vote for 2017 officers. We also discussed auctioning off gift baskets.
Discussed giving senior awards to recipients at graduation instead of at banquet. Voted unanimously to do so.

#1 WORKDAYS FOR NEXT YEAR TO QUALIFY TO BE A MEMBER: Each Family will sign up at the awards banquet to take care of a section of the arena all year as a member.
All meetings will be changed to the 1st Monday of the month @ 7pm. Any other meetings will be decided by the President.
At each meeting will be a pot -luck dinner so no one has to eat late or miss a meal.
AGAIN WHEN YOU JOIN UP TO THE ASSOCIATION TO BE A MEMBER YOU ARE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES TO QUALIFY FOR ANY KIND OF BENEFITS THE CLUB HAS TO OFFER
APRIL 17TH- TOBRA BARREL RACE *NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR CONCESSIONS AND TO SET BARRELS.
APRIL 29TH & 30TH- RRRA JR. RODEO!! 7 PM FRIDAY THE 29TH AND 10 AM SATURDAY THE 30TH
MAY 2ND- REGULAR POTLUCK AND RRRA MEETING @ 7 PM.
